Incorporating such oils into your bedtime routine is very simple. Even just opening the bottle and inhaling the aromas that escape can be enough. Others prefer to place a drop or two on a cotton pad or piece of fabric that can be placed near the pillow or nightstand. Marjoram’s herbaceous scent isn’t for everyone, but it has a strong sedative effect on the mind and that can amplify the effect of other oils in your bedtime blend.
